We are seeking a driven and resourceful team player to join our Client Services Team as an entry-level specialist. The eCommerce & Digital Shelf Specialist I is responsible for the syndication of data and content to key retailers, trading partners, and content aggregators. This role works with leading PIMs (Product Information Management) and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain best-in-class and compliant data and content.

The eCommerce & Digital Shelf Specialist I has a strong understanding of various retail platforms’ requirements and content capabilities to execute assigned projects. This position will make an impact by supporting timely and thorough project completion with strong communication follow ups.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Syndicate digital shelf content from Salsify or related systems to trading partners via identified best processes; trouble shoot and action to completion
  • Ensure billable hours accuracy, timeliness, and delivery of billable hour targets
  • Review, action, and trouble shoot trading partner feedback to full resolution and completion
  • Analyze wide variety of data to effectively draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Communicate and capture status updates per systems of record
  • Participate in client project meetings, as needed. Proactively capture critical project management information, ownership, and next steps
  • Stay current with features and capabilities of retailers and tools; share with team in appropriate systems
  • Manage own assigned tasks within company project management system for multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients; ensure all assigned responsibilities are accurately tracked with due dates and completed on time
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to appropriate stakeholders throughout assigned projects/tasks and upon completion
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, project meetings and training sessions.
  • Follows, communicates, and lives into company ways of working, policies, and values in working with clients and team members

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Digital Marketing or Data Analytics.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Co-op or internship experience in a related field
  • Technical savviness, with the ability to learn and navigate all key systems, tools, and technologies needed to perform effectively in role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create basic formulas and sort and manage data utilizing tools including V-LOOKUPS
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to provide status updates and share information in an informative, visually professional presentation
  • Has a growth mindset and thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment
  • Highly intellectually and curious about client and company business needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels both internally and externally - written and verbal
  • A self-starter with the resourcefulness to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and document solutions to provide effective and timely resolution
