The eCommerce Client Associate is an instrumental part of our Client Success Team. The primary responsibility of this position is leading the syndication of essential and enhanced content to key retailer/e-tailer consumer goods websites, with committed follow through to “go-live.” This role works with leading content management software systems and collaborates closely with our external clients and internal team to initiate, develop, and maintain best-in-class digital content. As an E-Commerce Client Associate, you will also build expertise with top retailers/e-tailers to clearly understand their requirements and content capabilities to create efficiency and drive flawless execution.

You will make an impact by driving projects to completion through anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external team resources. In this role, you will grow to lead special projects and in-depth analysis, enabling optimal brand presence on various digital platforms.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Drive strategic thinking and apply problem solving to a range of business opportunities
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders to ensure they are leveraging digital content to achieve full business value
  • Inform clients on best practices and optimize use of digital content solutions
  • Understand short- and long-term client goals and objectives
  • Lead content syndication and auditing for a variety of key clients and retailers/e-tailers
  • Analyze data to provide business recommendations and quantify impact
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Actively participate in team meetings, project meetings and training sessions

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent or upcoming Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred concentration major in Business, Digital Marketing or Data Analytics
  • A minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Previous Co-op/Intern work experience
  • Proficiency in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly detailed-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
