eCommerce Digital Team Leader
We are seeking a driven and resourceful team player to join our eCommerce & Digital Shelf Team as an eCommerce & Digital Shelf Team Leader. The eCommerce & Digital Shelf Team Leader will oversee content syndication strategy and implement best practices to enhance clients’ presence and drive conversion on eCommerce platforms.
This position will manage the end-to-end syndication of content to key retail partners and the ongoing development of optimized content syndication workflows to drive efficiencies across the organization. This is a leadership position with responsibility for providing direct supervision and professional development opportunities to a team of eCommerce & Digital Shelf Specialists. This position reports directly to the Managing Partner, Client Services and will be an important member of our extended Leadership Team.

In This Role, You Will:
- Supervise and support assigned team members, ensuring their respective performances meet expectations and their professional development for the future benefit of the Company
- Lead content syndication strategy using Salsify and other PIMs
- Own processes and protocol for retailer channel mapping, content readiness, and workflows, ensuring the content is accurate and meets retailer requirements
- Own troubleshooting of publication issues, working with agency partners, brand teams, and sales teams to ensure roadblocks to submissions are resolved
- Manage publication calendars, anticipating syndication needs for upcoming projects and ongoing optimizations
- Manage and benchmark content performance metrics, providing reports and optimization recommendations
- Partner with the Advanced Technical Services team to build out new channels, APIs, workflows, and capabilities to scale syndication
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree, with a preferred focus in Business
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, such as Marketing, Technology, eCommerce, or Sales Operations
- Demonstrate and ensure timely, thorough, and clear communication of assigned project strategy, deliverable status, and results.
- Ability to collaborate internally with team members and externally with client teams
- Advanced experience working with data analytics, project management, and business development.
- Ability to balance and manage multiple projects and tasks across multiple client groups.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A self-starter who is motivated to excel and grow.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both written and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to grow an enterprise through new and existing business relationships.
- Significant prior experience at a large CPG organization or agency.
- Experience working with Salsify to manage Digital Shelf Strategy and Execution
- Knowledge of retailer eCommerce requirements.
- Experience managing contract development and negotiation.
- Preferred, but not required: Prior experience at a large CPG organization or retailer
